Caption Plug v1.1.3 transcribed three held-out العربية speech clips locally, then exposed the transcript for correction before animated clips, editable Premiere captions, or SRT export.

These previews run the production caption renderer in the browser. They are not translated mock-ups. Check connected letterforms, right-to-left order, word activation, and the position of Latin text and numbers.
Font support is a glyph-coverage decision, not a style preference. Install the font before opening Premiere, then confirm the result in both the panel preview and final export.

Yes. Select Arabic as the spoken language, transcribe with the bundled local Whisper Base multilingual model, correct the transcript, then generate animated clips, a native editable caption track, or UTF-8 SRT.
The render engine can display right-to-left Arabic text, but final shaping and bidirectional order still depend on the selected Arabic-capable font and the Premiere output path. Check every final render, especially lines mixing Arabic, Latin names, and numbers.
Use an Arabic-capable font such as Noto Sans Arabic, Geeza Pro on macOS, or Arial where its Arabic glyphs are available. Caption Plug does not claim that every bundled display font contains complete Arabic glyph coverage.
The published smoke test used three held-out Egyptian Arabic FLEURS clips. It does not establish the same accuracy for Modern Standard Arabic, Gulf, Levantine, Maghrebi, or other regional speech.
Keep attached conjunctions and prepositions with their words, check Arabic commas and question marks, and visually inspect mixed numbers or Latin names. Export SRT as UTF-8 and verify it in the destination player.
