Caption Plug reviews
This page separates company-reported adoption from database-backed public reviews. A “Verified purchaser” label requires a paid plugin purchase; “Verified studio user” requires a successful studio job on the same account.

The company-reported 4.8 average does not include a public review count, so it is not used in review schema. Database aggregate markup appears only when the matching reviews are visible below.
- Approve legitimate positive, neutral, and negative experiences equally.
- Reject only abuse, private data, impersonation, duplicates, non-consent, or claims that cannot be tied to product use.
- Display the verification type, product version, and submission month.
- Do not edit review wording beyond removing private information with the reviewer's consent.
Experiences tied to real product use
The verified review database has no approved public entries yet. We do not fill an empty section with invented testimonials.
One verified review per account
Use the same Caption Plug account that bought the plugin or completed a studio job. Reviews enter a pending queue and never publish without explicit consent.
